INTRODUCTION TO THE LOYALTY POINT PROGRAM

WHAT IS A LOYALTY POINT

The Loyalty program is designed to reward customers who continuously purchase from the site, by rewarding them with points that are accumulated and can later be redeemed as discounts to purchase other products.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM

To be able to track your points and redeem them, you need to have an account. That is all you need to participate in the program

HOW TO ACCUMULATE LOYALTY POINTS

In order to earn a point, you must place an order. Each successful order you place earns you some points which are accumulated on your dashboard.

To check your accumulated points, visit your dashboard on the “My Account” page and select My Points. You will see your total points accumulated with your history.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS

Loyalty Points can only be redeemed as discounts when purchasing a product. To be able to redeem your point, you must have at least 100 Points on your dashboard. To be able to apply your point, your cart total should be GHS15 and above.

During Checkout, you will have the option to select whether to redeem your point for the current order.

Redeemed Points are deducted and converted to discounts on your current product.

The more you buy, the more points you earn!
