HOW TO PAY FOR AN ORDER WITH THE DIRECT PAYMENT METHOD
The Direct Payment Method is same as the MobileMoney. The only difference between the Direct Method and Paystack/eWallet is that, you will be making the payment directly to our MobileMoney account after you have placed the order whereas with Paystack, you pay before placing the order.
In case you’re confuse about how it works, here is a guideline to help you out;
• After you have successfully selected the product you want to purchase, you’ll be taken to the checkout page and you will see something like this
Make sure the Direct Payment Method is selected if you don’t have funds in your eWallet. Take note of the description under the Direct Payment Method. Proceed and click on the Place Order Button.
• After successfully placing your Orders. You will see something like this. Please take note of the Order ID
• You will find the Direct Payment Details below it and it will also be sent to your Email as well. Once you placed an Order, it will automatically be placed On Hold until we receive the payment for the Order. Please note that the payment details are only displayed on this page so don’t skip it if you haven’t taken note of the MoMo Number.
You can make payment from any MobileMoney Account. Please note that using the Order ID as the reference is the most important thing. That is what helps us determine what Order you have paid for. Please note that Incomplete payments will not be processed.
• You can find your Order under the Order History page in the My Account section.
Please note that your Order will be On Hold until payment is received for that Order ID. If you have paid for an Order but the Order remains On Hold, kindly reach out to us via Telegram and send us screenshot of the MobileMoney transaction for assistance.
