- How long will it take to receive my data after placing an order?
Ans: The delivery time for each product varies. Data bundles can take a maximum of an hour or more.
- How will I know my order is completed?
Ans: An email will be sent to you after every successful order is placed. Check your email frequently to keep updated with the order status notifications. If you don’t receive the email in your inbox, it will probably be in your Spam folder. Likewise, you can also track your order status on your dashboard.

- How do I check to confirm I have received the data?
Ans: For the AirtelTigo data bundle and other products, you will receive a message from the service providers once the data or airtime is delivered. To confirm, kindly check your data balance.
- What should I do if my data is not received?
Ans: First and foremost cross check the phone number you provided as to whether it’s correct or incorrect. After confirming it’s the correct number, kindly submit a complaint with the order ID and a screenshot of your data balance indicating the data has not been received. Reports regarding data “not being received” should be made within the first 3 hours after the order shows completed.
- What time can I buy data?
Ans: You can place orders for all products at anytime. AT ishare data bundles will delivered immediately, anytime you place an order. Other data bundles or airtime products will only be processed during our working hours, thus 6am to 9pm each day
7. Does the price of the physical products such as the Mifi & Routers include the delivery fee?
Ans: Customers will pay for the delivery
8. Why can’t I log in to my account
Ans: If you are facing challenges logging into your account, kindly request a password reset. Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after a period of 2 months if the user doesn’t log in to their accounts. If you face such problems, you will need to register a new account with your old credentials or new ones to continue.
